Salahuddin considers himself a lifelong learner who enjoys working with groups and individual delegates alike, to help them discover their own full potential. He is passionate about competency enhancement and the continuous professional development of his delegates.
With his ILM Level 5 certification, 20 years of experience, Masters’ degree, and professional life spent working in Canada, Qatar, USA, and India he is embarked on a journey to self-actualization, and along the way facilitate as many individuals maximize their potential by being their trainer, mentor, coach, and adviser.
He is the Founder of Watershed Management Consulting and performs his role as Head of Training & Management Consulting. He has worked with several large and small corporate clients to design and deliver several training, workshops, and seminars, most of which are specifically customized based on training need analysis (TNA) to suit the competency enhancement needs of his corporate clients.
His coaching and training include Leadership series, Project Management, Behavioral skills, and Business skills training.
